A decade into my real estate career, the economy took a downturn, and I was struggling to sell houses and make ends meet. At the same time, one of my daughters was facing her own challenges and she needed to move back home with her newborn baby. Then, like a ton of bricks, life hit me a third time: when my father suddenly suffered a massive stroke and needed 24-hour care. He ALSO had to move into my house, and like that, in an instant, everything in my life turned upside down.
Of course, I had to put my family first, AND my business paid the price. Times got tough— I mean really tough. It was all togehter overwhelming, I even lost a property to foreclosure, and the impact of that loss lingered for years. Preventing me from moving forward in Life. But I didn’t let these issues define me. Instead, I used these struggles as fuel to find a new way forward.
You see, this is when I discovered creative real estate solutions. I learned how to solve problems, I learned how I could have avoided the foreclosure and turn those challenges into opportunities to rebuild—not just my business, but my life.
You see, real estate isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’m a third-generation real estate professional, raised in a family of builders, brokers, and lenders. For over 20 years, I’ve drawn on my experience in construction and real estate to help people. Whether it’s transforming a home or guiding someone through a tough sale, I’ve always been passionate about making a difference.
Today, as the founder of Region Residential, my mission is simple: to help people. I work with frustrated sellers facing tough situations, offering real solutions to their problems. I transform distressed properties into vibrant spaces, breathing new life into homes and neighborhoods alike.
For me - it is Not just about houses—it’s about lives. It’s about helping families move forward and creating lasting impact one home, one family, and one community at a time.
